2 · The room + where the stair starts
The green ⬤ START marker on the plan is the bottom of the stair at grade. The path builds up from there.
3 · Stair basics
Seat cut computes from YOUR numbers: depth = channel − (rise − tread bearing) · length = bearing. Math prints on the sketch so the shop can check it. Odd condition? That's the Detailing Package — export it to BA Detailing.

4 · Build the path — piece by piece
5 · Railings — which side?
Rails draw on the plan in orange on the side(s) you pick. Rail height feeds the rail sheet (42" guard typ. / 34–38" handrail).
The Excel rows drop into Raj's Dynamo-from-Excel pipeline — that's how this sketch becomes a stamped submittal drawing set.
